The Role: Business Development Representative

We Are Looking For Energetic And Passionate People Who Want To Break Into The B2B Space, Develop Their Career In Sales And Be A Part Of A Team That Is Digitising Construction. You Will Work Closely With The Management & Sales Team To Identify And Generate New Business Opportunities And Increase Sales From Both New And Repeat Customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 sales cycle process
  • Reach out to identified prospects and open discussions around the Serac Tech product offering
  • Outbound prospecting to qualify potential business opportunities
  • Generate new leads and identify opportunities to the business
  • Drive qualified leads to book in sales demo’s
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business
  • Run engaging sales demo’s in order to induce buy-in for the prospective client
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline in order to maximize sales and opportunities
